Happy 2008

I just want to wish everyone a happy new year. My prayer for everyone that I know to have a great year. Last year someone must have been praying for me because it was a huge year for me and my new wife. We got married, moved twice, bought a car, furnished a house, and changed jobs about 3 times all in one year. Finally we are where we wanted to be. I give all the thanks to my Lord God Almighty.

Amen

This is my cousin and good friend Luz. He has informed me that my last blog was a little bit road-ragey. This ones for you LUZ!

Our new Kitchen
I actually just wanted to post up a picture of our new fridge and micro-hood, of course our dream is to have every appliance in the kitchen stainless steel. The fridge we got is a LG with a stainless look which I really like because you can actually stick a magnet to, and the other ones you can not stick magnets to. Another feature this fridge has is "no finger print marks" if you touch it you don't leave your finger prints behind. Well while we were at best buy trying to get the best deal I could (which I think I did get a good deal) he also told me that he could give me a good price on a micro-hood. I ended up getting both and I think they look awesome in our new kitchen.

My Very First House

Well to start off with I want to Thank the Lord God all mighty for everything that he provides for us. God willing I will be purchasing my first house starting today. Hopefully all the paper work will go through today and we will start actually taking the keys into our possession today. So you know what that means, bring your trucks and boxes because we are MOVING! Anyways its a three bedroom 1880 sq ft. house with a 2 car garage. Needless to say I hope to have this house transformed into the house of the future soon with a HTPC (home theater PC) and many other goodies to come. Oh and did I mention I"M SUPER EXCITED!!!!

Margarita Garza!

Margarita what a wonderful name. Of course the name of my beautiful wife. I just want to tell her that I really love her! Maggie (short for margarita) just got a great job at the Boys and Girls club as the assistant coordinator. Congradulations BABE! I'm so proud of her doing what she loves to do and still going to WSU-tricities full time and being my wife.

I miss my Dog

Coming from a person that didn't ever like animals, I miss my dog. Mavrick now belongs to Donny a friend of mine since I couldn't have him in our new apartment. I took him camping with us this weekend and man we had a blast together.

Camping at Cascade Peaks

Camping? well I meant to say RVing. My cousin Fidel invited me and my wife to go with his family Rving this weekend. We had a blast. The Camp site was AMAZING very nice tree's, no bugs, perfect weather, just an all around perfect time. We had all the amenities as a house since he took his RV and well as it wasn't so much camping it was a great experience. My brother josh and his family and friends were there as well in the camp site across the way from us. When we arrived at our camp site his wife had food for us and let me tell you was it GREAT. Theres nothing better than some great meat with tortillas and arroz. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM

If you wanted to know more about Cascade Peaks on labor day weekend, it is a place where you can sit back and relax and enjoy the trees and great weather. On labor day weekend there are tons of people that gather at a town called pacwood about 8 miles before you get to cascade peaks. These people bring all their stuff and have a huge yard sale, and I'm talkin HUGE like city wide. Other than that there was probably a few hiking places that I didn't take advantage of near by and maybe a few streams I didn't see, but other than that I sat back and just enjoyed the outdoors.
